After many seasons away, it’s been a true gift to return to the open arms of Bali — to the land, the people, and the natural rhythms (minus the crazy traffic!) that feel profoundly familiar. I’m especially grateful to be part of some deeply nourishing collaborations that bring together the healing roots of Yoga and Ayurveda — two sister traditions that have long lived close to my heart.
These offerings will be held at AmrtaSiddhi, Bali’s first Ayurvedic center—established in 2007 and newly expanded this year to include beautiful new spaces for yoga, healing, and deeper immersion in the Ayurvedic way of life.
Having personally experienced several profound Pancha Karma journeys here, it feels like a full-circle return to now co-create with their team. Dr. Sujatha Kekada — AmrtaSiddhi’s co-founder, lead Ayurvedic doctor, and former SOSA teacher — brings a rare blend of depth, integrity, and care that continues to inspire.
Together, we’ll be offering a series of mini-retreats from July through November — gentle spaces for those who feel the call to reconnect, recalibrate, and reclaim a sense of inner spaciousness. These are gatherings for nervous system nourishment, conscious rest, and embodied renewal.
I’m also deeply honored to be weaving threads with my dear friend and soul sister of over 20 years, Lorraine Taylor. We’ve shared teaching spaces for more than 15 of those years, and it’s a joy to be a part of her upcoming Yoga Teacher Trainings for Women rooted in feminine wisdom and yogic tradition.

Yoga and Ayurveda were never meant to be separate — they are sisters, born of the same roots. Yoga clears the mind and opens the heart to Spirit, while Ayurveda nourishes the body and restores harmony with the cycles of nature. Together, they offer a path back to balance — to wholeness — and to the quiet remembering of who we truly are.
These collaborations are an offering of reverence for that union — a return to the source, where wisdom is lived, not just learned.
Whether a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training or a weekend immersion for nervous system restoration, these offerings share a philosophy — a call for balance in an increasingly fast-paced world.
Traditional yoga often emphasizes discipline and achievement. While these qualities have their place, they can overshadow the quieter wisdom of intuition, compassion, and rest. This approach reclaims those subtler threads, inviting a more embodied, holistic way of being.
Many of us have been conditioned to value doing over being, performance over presence. But without balance, we can lose touch with the deeply nourishing essence of Yoga and Ayurveda.
When we begin to listen to the body’s intelligence, rather than override it, another kind of wisdom emerges. One that honors our unique rhythms—not just what’s deemed “right” by convention. Joy begins to return—through movement, music, poetry, laughter, dance. Long-held emotions soften. We feel more grounded, more alive, more at home in ourselves.
This is the heart of these offerings. Whether you’re ready to deepen your path or simply longing to pause and reconnect, there’s space here to meet the fullness of who you are—body, mind, heart, and spirit. I’d love to see you here!

Start your morning with a warm glass of water with lemon and a pinch of salt or cumin — a gentle way to stoke digestion and awaken the system. Or try abhyanga (self-oil massage) before showering: warm sesame oil applied with care to the skin supports grounding and nervous system nourishment.
