Ahhhh where do I start!! The moment I saw this TT course I knew I had to make it work !! I’ve been obsessed with Emma’s Yoga Nidras so when she said she was bringing her bestie and TT over to ‘Mother of the Woods’ I had to do this course!! Simone and Emma together is a match made in Yoga Nidra Heaven!! The online portal was so beautifully executed and each video I watched didn’t feel like I was learning as such, more like listening to a topic that made so much sense to me already but going that extra bit deeper to give me a better understanding on all things Koshas/Nidra!! I have done quite a few online courses and in person Yoga related courses and I have to say this one was by far my favourite. It felt like pieces of the jigsaw puzzle were coming together for me whilst doing this course and by giving us so much time in advance to complete the online learning and nidras made it so much more easier for me when it came to doing the in person training!! It goes without saying ‘Mother of the Woods’ is the most perfect backdrop for Aisling na hÉireann : ‘Dreams of Ireland’ Yoga Nidra Teacher Training. The space was just made for retreating and I always feel so safe and cared for when I land here. You are both so knowledgeable and I am so grateful to have been able to participate in this training. It would be rude of me not to mention the food/nourishment supplied by and lovingly crafted by Erin. Happy Bellys and Happy Nidrastas !!
