I absolutely loved my time with Simone and could not recommend her enough!! I met her at a time where I felt super vulnerable and needed a lot of support after a traumatic event. Simone created a safe and welcoming environment and was an excellent listener. She asked guiding questions that really allowed me to process how I was feeling. She also gave me the right tools to be able to keep supporting myself on my healing journey. One of these tools being the ability to find my safe space within myself. This skill has been the biggest takeaway from our time together. No matter the season of my life, Simone is there to help me gain clarity towards my goals.
