In 2018, Brittany traveled to Bali for her 200hr yoga teacher training with School of Sacred Arts (SOSA). This is where she first crossed paths with Simone – founder of SOSA. Simone has continued to share her wisdom of yoga, yoga nidra, plant medicine, and somatic integration with Brittany over the course of her healing journey.
