TAP INTO THE POWERFUL FLOW OF THE 5 ELEMENTS
The intention of this Swara Yoga Yin Yoga Teacher Training is to immerse
students in a nourishing and sacred approach to yoga, by learning how to tap into our innate wisdom through Yin, Yoga Nidra and 5 Element practice. This course explores the process of the mind and senses, our way of relating to life, and our deeper sense of Self.
This course offers an exploration of Yin Yoga as a platform to observe the unfolding of the mind. This also leads to the discussion of the channel pathways and manifestations of the Chinese 5 Elements system, as well as an overview of the role and pathways of fascia.
Yoga Nidra is the main meditation technique explored in order to give students a clear and creative platform from which to explore their own inner world and to guide others. Because these practices are very calming, we have included daily practice of slow mindful Vinyasa flow, Swara Flow or Yin-Yang, Tai Qi, Active Meditation in order to create balance.
Learn how to guide meditation, and sequence and deliver Yin Yoga classes. Understand how to structure Yoga Nidra practice and the theory behind Chinese Traditional Medicine and the body’s meridian pathways. This powerful hands-on course offers teaching practice in small groups and whole class scenarios.
